★ All Pre-order Items may take around 2 months between production and shipping, please read below for more information.★ Non Pre-order Items are all Made on-demand and will be placed for manufacturing every Friday (CT) after you place your order, you will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as it gets shipped out by our manu.★ If you wish to cancel an order, you have until the next Thursday (CT) to request cancellation, I understand! But this is the only way to get a refund besides not being able to fulfill your order.★ Same case if you only wish to modify the information of an order, please do so before next Friday (CT), message me with the correct information.★ If you buy a Pre-order item and a Non Pre-order Item together, they will be sent out together once the Pre-order item is ready to be shipped out.Please read:★ All the art used in Glitter Party is of my own creation, please do not use, reproduce or repost in any way, other than in pictures of the products you have acquired from the store.★ I'm very lenient on what I can draw, but I completely refuse to draw perverse and problematic content, if you try to get this kind of content from me you will be blocked and reported.★ I do not authorize nor am interested in having my art be used for AI or NFTs.★ Custom art and items sold by Ness / Glitter Party are for personal use only, if you wish to own commercial rights please contact me for a quote.★ You are allowed to resell any art and items from Ness / Glitter Party as long as it doesn't exceed the original price you paid for or that can be found in the shop. In case of discontinuation you may increase this price, please respect my wishes for the time being.★ For transparency: I use a dropshipping service powered by Ali, it means your order will be sent to you directly from the warehouse, this allows me to offer free basic worldwide shipping, it does not look very pretty, but hey, it's free!• Pre-orders works like this: I make the orders, wait for samples and after I approve them I start manually adding the addresses for shipping.★ Once they've been sent out you will receive a tracking code in your email.★ Because the warehouse is located in China, your order can take from 7-30 days to arrive, but the usual wait time is 2 weeks or less. Please keep in mind I don't have control over your location's postal delivery service nor any customs tax you may need to clear.★ Once received (or never received) please don't hesitate to contact me if there's any issues like wrong order, missing or damaged products, I will do what I can to fix it.★ Please note: Acrylic products may appear scratched, this is actually a plastic peeling meant to protect the goods. Some items only have the peel on one side, it will be stated on every item's description.★ Important note for customers from Europe, Australia and Oceania: Shipping to these countries has shown to be slower than usual, so I try to send items through a more expensive, better tracked service. Because I cover the shipping expenses this becomes less profitable, so I kindly ask you to consider buying more than 1 item, thank you!★ At this moment shipping to Canada has shown to be slower than to other countries, I'm sorry!
